* Able to preach from an evangelical perspective, while honouring the sacramental traditions of the Anglican Communion, and encouraging people to be open to the gifts of the Spirit.

* Comfortable with traditional and contemporary services

* Able to lead, equip, and encourage parishioners to share their faith with the community by both word and action.
